They don’t extend trust to the cloud just because it’s convenient.
Rebuild everything. When a client comes to them with 400, 800, or 1,000 servers, Protected Harbor rebuilds them over time. They do it with minimal production impact, but they do it right. They harden systems, optimize configurations, and ensure everything is properly isolated and maintained.
Maintenance isn’t optional. Richard has had clients tell him they can’t do maintenance windows. “We can’t be down,” they say. His response? “Are you serious?
